  • Interview preparation - ensuring that you are fully equipped with the confidence, techniques and projection to stand out with impact under the scrutiny of tough job-interview questioning in a highly competitive market for job seekers.

FOCUS 3: Onboarding Guidance

The first few weeks and months are always critical to establishing yourself in a new role. We work as a guide for individuals to help them navigate their way through this early onboarding period with surety, confidence and a distinctive contribution.

FOCUS 4: Ongoing In-Situ Coaching

As a final part of our career coaching process, we engage with individuals who might value a retained ongoing independent coach to help them deal in confidence with significant challenges, opportunities and setbacks in their role and to fully leverage these experiences to the benefit of their future career development.
